No refunds or returns are accepted currently.

Make sure to select the correct shipping profile (international or US) based on where you're located. If you select the incorrect profile your order will be cancelled!!

 If items are not delivered due to being stolen or mishandled by shipping carriers, it is unfortunately beyond my control. I can not send refunds or replacements because of the nature of my business and items. The most I can do if a package is not delivered is reach out to my postal office to see if they can locate it. I encourage you to reach out to your local post office as well if packages go missing, they will be able to help you more thoroughly than myself. 
Similarly if items arrive broken, I am unable to provide replacements. I check the durability of each item before sending them out, and carefully package them to ensure they stay safe. If they come damaged it's because mail carriers treated them too harshly.

International shipping is available, but please understand the risks of items getting lost or damaged when shipped overseas.
